EastEnders star Melissa Suffield gushed over her newborn baby after giving birth earlier this week.
The soap star, who plated Lucy Beale on the soap from 2004 to 2010, welcomed her first child into the world with her fiancé Robert Brendan, sharing the tot’s name as River Jefferson Carter-Robinson.
Taking to social media, the 27-year-old has now shared new clips of her newborn while singing John Lennon to him.

She wrote alongside the videos: “John Lennon for River. This kid is so alert I am obsessed with him.”
On Wednesday, Melissa announced the arrival of her first-born child, saying she gave birth on Monday.
“What a perfect little human we appear to have made. We could not be more obsessed with you,” she wrote alongside adorable black and white images.
Melissa shared the news of her pregnancy in September last year, announcing she was expecting her first child with her fiancé Robert Brendan.
She told The Sun: "We're so excited to become parents.
"This next step is an adventure, and we’re looking forward to raising a happy, healthy, inquisitive, strong, and accepting child, and starting our own little family, as a trio!"

Robert, 37, added to the publication: "I'm over the moon but nervous too!
"Melissa is so used to kids, and she’ll be an amazing mum instantly.
"There is nobody on earth I’d rather take on this challenge with, and I’m looking forward to every second of it."

The pair recently got engaged with the actress taking to her Instagram page to inform fans Robert had popped the question.
Melissa showed off her stunning diamond-studded ring and wrote: “#ISaidYaass” alongside a series of emojis.
The couple have been together since 2017, when they met while performing in a production of Beauty and the Beast together.
