Strictly Come Dancing star Katya Jones, 30, called for help on Instagram last night.

The professional dancer had just returned home from attending the TRIC Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London with her most recent dance partner Mike Bushell, when she took to social media for advice.

At the event, Katya wowed in a sparkly strapless number, while the TV presenter looked smart in a grey blazer worn over a white shirt and navy blue trousers.

After the award ceremony, Katya asked her 163,000 Instagram followers for advice.

She wrote: “Please help. I can’t stop eating!!!!!!!”

The dancer continued: “Well I can’t stop wanting to eat food. Anything.”

She added: “How do I stop these thoughts?” Heeeeeelp! Any tips.”(sic)

Katya was then inundated with suggestions from her followers, which she then shared online.

One user said she should try “chewing gum or brushing your teeth,” to which the Strictly star added: “Off to brush my teeth.”

Another fan suggested she should drink more water.

The user wrote: “Swap it with water instead and try to tell your mind you’re thirsty instead!!!”

The Latin and ballroom star replied: “I think you are right. I hardly drink.”
