Zara McDermott has slammed people who've trolled her relationship with Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson.
The 23 year old, who was recently praised for opening up on her horrific revenge porn experience, has been dating Sam for just over a year and made her debut on the show in 2019.
While the couple's relationship has been going strong, Zara has faced some backlash from the public as she claims they think she's using Sam for money and fame.

Speaking exclusively to OK! Online about the online abuse she's had since joining the MIC cast, she said: "To be honest, I mean I'm from Essex and I've had so many people say to me that I'm just using him for the fame and money and social status.
"It's completely absurd, I think I'm successful in my own right and it's frustrating that people would think that I would ever need a man or even use a man for something like that. It's not me at all."
Zara, who recently admitted to buying a completely new wardrobe in a bid to "fit in" on the series, continued: "It's really hard to look at the comments.
"I like to look up on Twitter to see what people are saying and I think I would personally never say something nasty about another person so it's weird to me that someone else would.
"It's so hard when someone says things like that about your relationship. But, I can't fake it, you know?"
The TV star, who originally found fame on the 2018 series of the hit ITV dating show Love Island, went on to explain that she's done "so many projects and shows" without Sam and Made In Chelsea that she doesn't need to use him for fame.

She said: "I've done so many projects and shows and I've been successful in my career without Made In Chelsea. It's one thing for someone to say 'Zara doesn't look very nice today' and it's another thing when people call you 'fake'."
Zara ended her lengthy speech by adding: "I've never been fake in my life. I guess that's what I struggle with, the comments about my relationship. I would have been successful with or without Sam."
Despite this, the TV personality explained that she and Sam are doing great locked up in isolation amid the coronavirus outbreak.

While she confessed they can get on each other's nerves sometimes, the couple have been treating the experience as a test run for what it would be like to actually move in together permanently.
Zara said they'd talked about it "quite a lot" in the past, but as it stands right now they're happy with the way things are.
"I'm so close to my family, I speak to my mum on the phone like eight times a day, that even if I moved in I would probably go back to Essex to visit my family every week.
"Right now, it's probably a similar set up to how it would be if we did live together."
