  • teammullins have taken over Cheltenham…

  • Gordon Elliott has had an incredible week but it could get even better for him as Delta Work holds strong claims in today's Gold Cup.

The seven-year-old looks in fantastic form this morning…can he upset Al Boum Photo?

  • GOLD CUP DAY!

It's the final day at the Cheltenham Festival, and still the coronavirus won't stop us having fun.

Day four is when the cream of the crop meet for Gold Cup Day in the biggest staying race of them all.

In total, there are three Grade 1 contests, as well as the much-loved Foxhunters, which gives punters plenty to enjoy.

The JCB Triumph Hurdle starts off proceedings at 1:30pm.

It's likely this'll be run at a frenetic pace with both Allmankind and Goshen in the line-up.

Then we move to the Randox Health County Handicap Hurdle at 2:10pm.

Trainer Dan Skelton, who has won three of the last four renewals, has 11-1 Mohaayed racing in this race.

However, it could be Willie Mullins who has the strongest hand here with his five runners, the pick of which could well be Ciel De Neige.

In The Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle at 2:50pm, Thyme Hill is being favoured by many punters winning a duo of Grade 2's at Chepstow and here at the November Meeting.

The big one – Magners Cheltenham Gold Cup – follows at 3:30pm.

Favourite Al Boum Photo is attempting to become the first horse since Best Mate in 2003 to win back-to-back Gold Cups.

And he comes into it in good form, winning at Thurles on New Year's Day.

But Santini and Delta Work will offer strong competition for the 7/2 Al Boum Photo.

Stay with us for all the action as it happens here.

  • THAT'S that, another brilliant day of action with the big one to come tomorrow… Gold Cup day.

There's no clear favourite so expect a wide open day with a few shocks along the way.
