Hosts England take on Norway at the Amex Stadium this evening in what is expected to be a sell out crowd on the south coast.

England won their opening game of the tournament last Wednesday with a 1-0 win over Austria in front of a packed out Old Trafford.

Their opponents tonight, Norway, also kicked off their Euros with a win, beating tournament debutants Northern Ireland 4-1 in Southampton on Thursday night.

England go into tonight's game as favourites but the Norwegians are expected to provide Sarina Wiegman's side with their toughest test of the group stage.

Norway are ranked 11th in the FIFA World Rankings, just three places behind England, and are also two-time previous winners of the tournament and former World Champions.

White goes into tonight's match as England's all-time top goal scorer with 50 goals, and scored the joint-most goals in the World Cup in France three years ago.

The 33-year-old was the tournament favourite to pick up the Golden Boot prior to last week's kick-off.

Hegerberg was the first ever winner of the Ballon d'Or Feminin in 2018, and currently holds the record for being the all-time top goal scorer in the Women's Champions League.

She has won seven league titles and six Champions League winners medals in her eight years at Lyon, and helped Norway reach the final of Euro 2013.
