The unique property dates back to 1910 when local builder took on the task to construct an 'Italianate' style circular property situated on Kingsley Avenue, Ilfracombe, Devon.

His son, took over the challenge after his father sadly died and the house – which remarkably isn't a listing building – still remains one of the area's most striking and unusual homes.

The Round House, has been used as as a holiday let for the past 20 years – and was renovated in 2018 with the addition of new double glazing and fibre glass roof.

The current owners live in the cottage and have run The Round House as a successful holiday business for the last 20 years.
