Lisa Hochstein allegedly engaged in an aggressive “tirade” against her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein, which involved “pushing” and a verbal assault.

New court documents filed by the plastic surgeon and obtained by Page Six exclusively claim the “Real Housewives of Miami” star became enraged on May 10 when Lenny walked into their former shared bedroom to grab his mail where she usually leaves it for him.

“Upon entering the master bedroom, [Lisa] suddenly ran out of her combined bathroom and closet and surprised [Lenny] by engaging in a verbal tirade demanding to know why [Lenny] had entered the master bedroom,” the documents state.

“[Lisa] started pushing [Lenny] physically which caused him to retreat, and [Lisa] continued to pursue and follow [Lenny] while yelling at him.”

Although Lenny, 56, said Lisa, 40, could have shut the door after he left the room, he claims she chose to “escalate” the situation by calling 911 in front of him and accusing him of being the “aggressor,” per the filing.

Police arrived at the $10 million Star Island mansion and determined there was “insufficient probable cause” to arrest either the reality star or the “boob god” for domestic violence, according to the documents.

A rep for the Miami Beach Police Department confirms there was an incident at the residence. Page Six has requested the police report and reached out to Lisa for comment.

Lenny filed the court documents as part of an emergency motion to be granted temporary full custody of their two children: Logan, 7, and Elle, 3. Lenny believes that, in light of Lisa’s alleged “behavior,” the kids should reside with him, with Lisa being granted scheduled visits.

He states in the docs that he would reside in their mansion and pay for the Bravolebrity to find residence elsewhere — despite previously claiming she is “bleeding” him dry financially.

However, the judge felt differently about Lenny’s definition of an “emergency” and ruled against his demand for an immediate hearing.

Although Lenny claims he is “uncertain” of what “issues” affect Lisa’s behavior, he believes it has to do with him discovering her alleged listening devices.

She vehemently denied planting any such technology on his car, calling the allegations “mean and calculated.”

Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage.
