Seller tries to flog lightly soiled chair on Facebook and gets roasted

Facebook users were horrified when they spotted a picture of a soiled seat up for sale on the Marketplace.

The chair, which was described as “lightly shat”, was being flogged for $75 AUD (around £40).

Even though the seat cover was coated in excrement, the product was described as “like new” by the Australian seller.

Unsurprisingly, no one snapped up the office furniture in the week the advert went online.

Pictures of the item did make its way onto Reddit though, where people couldn’t resist making rude jokes.

One commenter said: “My definition of ‘lightly’ apparently differs a lot from this guy’s.”

Another suggested: “Should’ve said vintage, sells better!”

A third agreed: “Exactly, older the better.”

And a fourth laughed: “Should also mention a slight odour due to age.”

This isn’t the only Facebook Marketplace find to go viral recently.

Earlier this month, a woman was horrified when she accidentally posted dirty text messages on social media while trying to sell furniture.

Mortifyingly, she attached screenshots of a flirty text exchange along with pictures of her furniture.

Some of the raunchy messages seen by strangers include: “You ready to f*** this on the table?” And “I want to f*** it.”

It’s unknown how long she let the post remained up before spotting her mistake and taking the messages down.

But, we’ll bet she was cringing when she realised…
