Peter Finally Revealed Why He Contacted Hannah B. After Getting Engaged

Peter Weber may have been eliminated from Hannah Brown’s Bachelorette season, but that hasn’t stopped these two from remaining part of each other’s lives long after the cameras stopped rolling. In fact, during Peter’s After the Final Rose special on The Bachelor, Hannah Ann revealed that Peter had contacted Hannah B. after their engagement, which understandably made her feel more than a little uncomfortable given their romantic history. However, details about how this occurred were never revealed, leading many fans to wonder what exactly prompted the two of them to reunite yet again. And Peter is finally taking some time to clear the air and explain his side of the story.

"We get the episodes earlier to watch before the season premiere. Hannah Brown had been given the episode as well," Peter revealed while appearing in a new episode of Nick Viall’s podcast, The Viall Files, according to E! News. "One day I saw that she DM’d me on Instagram (I didn’t have her number at that point). She was being really honest and open, and wondering if I had seen the episodes yet. She was kinda struggling with it, it was tough to watch."

This is, of course, in reference to Peter and Hannah’s very intense conversation during one of Peter’s group dates. The two of them went off alone together and struggled to come to terms with the lingering feelings they still had for each other. Peter even suggested that Hannah join the show and become one of his contestants.

Evidently, watching the conversation get played back to her, Hannah B. realized that she still needed some closure about the whole thing and after chatting with Peter a bit — he felt he needed that as well. "I saw this message and [Hannah Ann and I] were on a ‘Happy Couple’ weekend," Peter recalled. "I told her that Hannah Brown had reached out, that it could be good for both of us to get some closure."

And even though Hannah Ann was initially hesitant for him to dig up old romantic wounds, she ultimately gave her consent — but with a few stipulations. "She told me that it was fine as long as I didn’t see her in-person," Peter stated. "She was, obviously, a little hesitant… and that’s why I wanted to be transparent about her with everything. Ultimately, she gave me the okay and Hannah Brown and I discussed things."

Obviously, nothing really profound ended up resulting from that conversation, at least in a romantic sense — post-Bachelor, Peter’s been spending time with Kelley Flanagan and Hannah’s been getting closer to Tyler Cameron — but it’s still nice to finally know the cause behind their additional reunion once and for all.

My boyfriend said he binned his undies after wetting himself but I think he’s cheating – The Sun

DEAR DEIDRE: MY boyfriend came home minus his underpants the other day.

He said he’d wet himself driving on the motorway and couldn’t get to a toilet.

I suspect there were tell-tale stains he didn’t want me to see and that he threw them away.

I saw he wasn’t wearing pants when he came to bed.

His pathetic excuse added to my fears he is probably cheating.

He is secretive and contradicts himself.

We are 25 and 27.

He drives a delivery van long distances so has plenty of opportunity to stray.

He cheated on me once before but said afterwards it was the biggest mistake of his life.

Rodrigo Duterte says he’ll ‘bury’ coronavirus lockdown protesters in Philippines

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has warned troublemakers who violate coronavirus lockdown rules and abuse medical workers that they would be shot dead.

The volatile leader said in a televised address that it was vital that everyone stay home as authorities try to stem the spread of the virus, which has killed about 100 people and infected over 2,300 in the country, Reuters reported.

“It is getting worse. So once again I’m telling you the seriousness of the problem and that you must listen,” Duterte said Wednesday night.

“My orders to the police and military … if there is trouble and there’s an occasion that they fight back and your lives are in danger, shoot them dead,” he said.

“Is that understood? Dead. Instead of causing trouble, I will bury you,” Duterte added.

His fiery comments came after local reports of a disturbance and multiple arrests of residents in an impoverished area of Manila who were protesting about a lack of enough food aid.

On Thursday, national police chief Gen. Archie Gamboa said authorities understood that Duterte “just overemphasized” the law and that no one would be shot, Bloomberg News reported.

Lee Ryan baffles fans as he claims the devil controls governments – and we will ALL be implanted with microchips – The Sun

LEE Ryan has left fans baffled as he claimed that the devil controls world governments – and we will ALL be forcibly implanted with microchips.

The 36-year-old star took to his Instagram page to share the bizarre conspiracy theory earlier this evening.

The former Blue singer started out by slamming the new 5G mobile networks, which sick YouTube videos accused of causing coronavirus earlier this month.

He then shared an image of a hand being implanted with a microchip, and an x-ray showing the chip within the body – hinting that everybody will be forced to get the implant as a vaccine for the killer disease.

Lee captioned the post: "This is the mark of the beast – 666 – this will be the next step of governments world wide.

"Sorry to post this s**t but it’s true. I just wanna spread the word so people know the truth of what’s coming…."

The term 666 refers to the devil, with the former EastEnders actor suggesting that this is the next step in the New World Order conspiracy theory.

But followers were confused, with one commenting: "Are you okay? Have you been hacked?"

Another wrote: "Has your account been hacked, or have you just lost the plot?"

A third snapped: "What a load of s***e. Spreading unverified rubbish and conspiracy theories is so dangerous, especially in the current climate.

"Give your head a wobble you absolute salad."

Lee has always been open about his controversial views, even insisting that he has seen aliens in the past.

He also previously sparked backlash for insensitive comments that were made about 9/11, saying at the time: "What about whales? They are ignoring animals that are more important.

"Animals need saving and that’s more important. This New York thing is being blown out of proportion.

"Who gives a **** about New York when elephants are being killed?"

He later apologised for the remark after fierce backlash.

Coronavirus was officially declared a global pandemic earlier this month, with almost 2,000 Brits losing their lives to the illness so far.

Trump says he ‘hasn’t heard anything about coronavirus testing being a problem’ in leaked recording – The Sun

PRESIDENT Trump reportedly said he hasn't "heard about testing being a problem" in a leaked Coronavirus call with governors when they mentioned a supply shortage on Monday.

Donald Trump's comments came as states have struggled to get enough supplies, and often been forced to only test the sickest patients as there are not enough to test everyone.

In the leaked recording, obtained by the New York Times, Democratic Gov. Steve Bullock of Montana, said that as officials "don’t have adequate tests" to identify potential coronavirus cases in people that have come into known contact with someone else known to have the virus.

"Literally we are one day away, if we don’t get test kits from the C.D.C., that we wouldn’t be able to do testing in Montana,” Bullock said.

Bullock added, "…we're trying to do contact tracing, but we just don't have enough supplies to do even the testing."

Trump then responded that he had not heard anything regarding possible test shortages recently.

“I haven’t heard about testing in weeks,” the President said, as reported by the New York Times.

“We’ve tested more now than any nation in the world. We’ve got these great tests and we’re coming out with another one tomorrow.”

He added: “I haven’t heard about testing being a problem.”

Trump's comments came the same day that New York City reported a new coronavirus death every 2.9 minutes, and the U.S. death toll passed 3,000 – greater than the number of lives lost in the horrific terror attacks on September 11, 2001.

Several governors have warned that they are running low on testing kits – a key element in identifying coronavirus cases so people who test positive can limit exposing others, warn people they came into contact with, and receive proper treatment in severe cases.

Washington Gov. Jay Inslee, a Democrat, said Sunday on CNN's "State of the Union" that the state was experiencing test shortage.

Things as simple as the swabs. When the little vials — when you put the swab in it to send it to the lab, it needs a particular medium in it to preserve it. We just do not have those simple things,” Inslee said.

Democratic Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam called for federalized testing last week after he said the state was facing a shortage of COVID-19 tests.

“We’re all out there bidding literally against each other. Here in Virginia, we’re bidding against our own hospital systems, other states and the federal government,” Northam said, as reported by WWBT.

Last week, health officials in Salem, Oregon had to halt testing at three clinics and hospital emergency rooms due to test shortages.

Officials said that due to the shortage, they would have to ration supplies to patients that were hospitalized.

During the Monday call, governors asked Trump for as many supplies as they could get, as states faced shortages on other items like face masks and personal protective equipment (PPE) that healthcare workers use when working with COVID-19 patients.

“As much as you can send us is very much appreciated," Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper of North Carolina said on the call to Trump.

President Trump had previously assured Americans in early March that "anyone who wants a test can get tested."

Trump's comments came the same day he showed off a new 5-minute coronavirus test that can be administered at a doctor's office.

Abbott Laboratories, who makes the test, said they plan to ship 50,000 tests per day, hopefully beginning this week.

As many states struggle to get enough tests and supplies, many major cities worry that they are on the brink of becoming new epicenters in the U.S.

New York is the current epicenter, with over 67,000 of the more than 164,000 cases confirmed in the U.S.

Trump and other experts have projected coronavirus cases in the U.S. may peak in around two weeks – close to Easter – as cases continue to steadily climb.

He Was A “Perfectly Healthy” 44-Year-Old Father Of Six. He Died From The Coronavirus.

The journalists at BuzzFeed News are proud to bring you trustworthy and relevant reporting about the coronavirus. To help keep this news free, become a member and sign up for our newsletter, Outbreak Today.

The kids at Sunday School called Adolph “T.J.” Mendez “Mr. Sticker Man.”

“Every Sunday they would give out stickers to the kids in their bibles and the little kindergarteners would give him stickers to put on his name badge,” Brenda Johnson, Mendez’s daughter, told the Texan newspaper New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung. “He was very loved by all.”

From the pews of Oakwood Church, where he taught kindergarteners on Sunday, to the local basketball court where he often played, Mendez was a beloved member of his close-knit community in Texas Hill Country.

“He was patient, loving, kind, RIDICULOUSLY smart, and he was so silly,” Johnson said in a statement provided to BuzzFeed News. “My dad was the type of person that could strike up a conversation with anyone and would make a friend everywhere he went. He had an unbelievably big heart and loved to share it with everyone around him wherever he went.”

Mendez died Thursday due to complications stemming from COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus. He was 44.

A water technician engineer who traveled often for his job, Mendez was the first member of his Texas community to die from the disease — leaving his town in shock.

Mendez with his wife, Angela, and their three sons.

By all accounts, Mendez, who played college basketball at the University of Texas at San Antonio, was in excellent health. He was still active at his local basketball court earlier this month, playing up until the court was closed on March 9, friends told KABB, the Fox-affiliate in San Antonio.

A kid at heart, Mendez could often be found jumping on the trampoline with his three young boys, the youngest of whom is just 9.

After beginning to feel ill earlier this month, Mendez started treating what he thought was a cold with over-the-counter medication, according to Johnson. When he didn’t get better, he visited his doctor, who gave him steroids in hopes of stopping what the doctor thought was a common virus.

On Thursday, March 19, Mendez still didn’t feel well and returned to his doctor. This time the doctor sent him to the hospital for a COVID-19 test. After he got the test, Mendez was told to go home and self-quarantine. But on March 23, at 3:00am in the morning, Mendez was taken to a local hospital by ambulance after his fever spiked. That night, he was transferred to a hospital in Austin for an emergency surgery. The next day, his test results finally came back. He had COVID-19. By then Mendez was fighting for his life, dealing with multiple organ failure.

On Thursday, the family received a call. He had suffered from a massive brain hemorrhage. There was nothing more the doctors could do for him.

“Before they unplugged him, they let us speak with him, they put the phone on speakerphone and all of his family were able to say goodbye,” said Johnson. “The nurses held his hands the whole time and made sure to tell us that he was never alone throughout his entire stay.”

“We want people to know that they need to take this pandemic SERIOUSLY – it is not just something that happens across the world,” added Johnson. “This can happen to anyone, just as it did us.”

Mendez with his daughter Brenda Johnson.

The day after Mendez died, Ray Still, pastor at Oakwood Church, put out a statement on Facebook. Like Johnson, Still used his statement not only to mourn the loss of his parishioner but also to compel other members to take this disease seriously.

“He was healthy and strong, and in no fault of his own, was stricken with this dreadful virus. His passing should be sobering to all, that this pandemic must be taken seriously,” wrote Still. “God the giver of all good things, has given us a brain and we should use it for the benefit of our family and our communities. Follow what our officials have asked of us and we will endure with God’s help.”

Mendez is survived by his parents, wife Angela Mendez, and his six children — two of whom were from a previous marriage, according to his obituary.

At the time of the obituary’s publication, a date for his memorial still hadn’t been set. Like so many who have lost loved ones to this virus, the family is mourning in quarantine.

On the day her father died, Brenda Johnson changed her Facebook profile photo to one of her and her dad walking down the aisle at her wedding just last year, both with wide smiles on their faces. Johnson talked to the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung about how she remembers that day.

“It was really special to get him to do that for me,” she told the newspaper. “I looked at him and told him that he wasn’t allowed to look at me or I would start crying.”

“Before they opened the chapel doors, he looked down on me and I looked at him and we both started crying,” she said. “It was the sweetest thing.”

Amir Khan reveals he would ‘never allow’ son to become boxer as he ‘wouldn’t like to see him get punched’ – The Sun

AMIR KHAN has admitted he doesn't want his son to follow him into boxing.

Khan has earned millions from the sport since he decided to turn professional after the 2004 Greece Olympics, where he won a silver medal.

But his career has had it's fair share of devastating downs.

From being brutally KO'd by Breidis Prescott and Canelo Alvarez to a concentious points loss to Lamont Peterson, Khan has been forced to bounce back many times.

And of course he is a two-weight world champ.

The Bolton boxer and wife Faryal Makhdoom gave birth to their first son, Zaviyar, in February, and also have two daughters in Lamaisah and Alayna.

With the little one Muhammad Zaviyar Khan at home. Stay indoors with your loved ones. It’s getting bad out there with the corona virus. Me and the little one send our best wishes to everyone 🙏

And speaking to OK Magazine, Khan hopes his boy follows a different career path and hopes that he has "taken the punches" for the family.

The 33-year-old said: "As a father, I like to be there for all my kids. I’m going to be very supportive and whatever they want to do I’ll be on their side.

“I’ve been asked by a lot of people would you ever let him go in the boxing ring and fight. Look,

"I’ve done that for my kids, I’ve taken the punches for them and I would never like to see them punched in the face to be honest with you.

“But, if he wants to box – if Zaviyar says: ‘Look Daddy, I want to go to the boxing gym,’ I cannot stop him I will let him go there and let him pick what he wants to do himself.

“It’s a very tough sport to be in but like I said as a father I like to be there for all my kids. I’m going to be very supportive and whatever they want to do I’ll be on their side.”

Khan married his wife Faryal Makhdoom back in 2013, having been introduced to her by a mutual friend.

Last week SunSport reported how Khan has become the latest sportsman to help out in the fight against coronavirus by donating a four-storey building to the NHS.

With the NHS struggling with bed shortages amid the coronavirus pandemic, the 33-year-old boxer has allowed his 66,000 square foot building to be used by those affected.

Two-weight world champion Khan has revealed that the building was set to be turned into a wedding hall and retail outlet.

He took to social media to announce his incredible gesture, where he posed in front of the building that was to now go into NHS hands.

Trump Said He May Quarantine New York, New Jersey, And Connecticut. Governors Say They Have No Idea What He's Talking About.

The journalists at BuzzFeed News are proud to bring you trustworthy and relevant reporting about the coronavirus. To help keep this news free, become a member and sign up for our newsletter, Outbreak Today.

President Donald Trump said Saturday he’s considering quarantining New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut as COVID-19 “hot spots,” even though the governors of all three states said they did not speak to Trump about a quarantine.

Trump told reporters on the South Lawn on Saturday that he had spoken to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, then added, “Some people would like to see New York quarantined because it’s a hotspot.”

“I’m thinking about that right now,” he said. “We might not have to do it, but there’s a possibility that sometime today we’ll do a quarantine — short-term, two weeks — on New York, probably New Jersey, certain parts of Connecticut.”

As of Sunday, the president opted not to take that route, and instead the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a travel advisory including the three states. But before that, Trump’s quarantine comments prompted confusion from millions of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut residents — as well as the states’ governors.

On Saturday, Trump told reporters that Florida is having “problems” with New Yorkers flocking to the state.

“We don’t want that. Heavily infected,” he said.

DeSantis later confirmed that he had spoken with Trump about a quarantine. He echoed the president’s comments about infected New Yorkers flying into Florida, calling New York City a “perfect petri dish.”

“We’re either trying to fight this virus or we’re not,” he said, adding that Floridians are “sacrificing.”

“I think it’s an issue when you have folks in the hot zone leaving the hot zone to come to different parts of the country,” DeSantis told reporters. He said a passenger flying into Jacksonville from New York who had previously tested positive for COVID-19 was intercepted upon landing and sent to a hospital.

DeSantis, meanwhile, has been criticized for his slow response to the threat of COVID-19, and only closing Florida’s beaches after throngs of Spring Breakers freely flocked to them.

“These are our neighbors who may need to go out there, clear their head,” he explained, before changing his mind amid widespread criticism.

It’s unclear how the federal government would enforce a quarantine on more than 30 million people who live in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Governors of all three states were confused.

Cuomo, who appeared taken aback when asked by a reporter about the quarantine Saturday, said he didn’t know what it would accomplish or how it would be enforced.

“I don’t know how that could be legally enforceable and from a medical point of view don’t know what you would be accomplishing, but I can tell you I don’t even like the sound of it,” he said.

He said though he spoke to Trump recently, it was about a naval hospital ship set to dock in the state and emergency medical sites that have been established in New York — not a quarantine.

“I don’t even know what that means,” Cuomo said about Trump’s remarks.

New York has become the epicenter of the novel coronavirus outbreak in the US, with 52,318 confirmed cases and 728 deaths so far.

In a Saturday press conference, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy also shot down Trump’s remarks about a quarantine. He said they spoke recently, but that idea wasn’t raised.

“I literally saw the story as I was walking into this room. I’ve got no more color on it,” he said. “There’s no question the greater New York metropolitan area is the number one hotspot in America right now. It’s not the only hotspot, but it’s the number one in terms of number of cases and until further notified we’re going to keep doing what we’re doing.”

Governor Ned Lamont of Connecticut tweeted Saturday that he looks forward to speaking to Trump about a possible quarantine, saying that “confusion leads to panic.”

He added that residents have already been ordered to stay home and travelers directed to self-quarantine.

Prince William Said He Ended Things With Kate Middleton Years Ago Because 'All the Fun Has Gone,' Source Claims

Most people know by now that there was a time (or two) when Prince William and Kate Middleton took a break from each other. But their most notable split was back in 2007, a few years after they had graduated college and right around the time that people were actually expecting them to get engaged.

The two have always been fairly quiet about their split and once said that it had to do with them needing to find themselves. But a royal source claims that William had a another reason for taking time apart from his now-wife.

Prince William and Kate Middleton started dating back in 2003

The college sweethearts met when they both attended University of St. Andrews in Scotland back in the early 2000s. At first, the two were only friends — they were reportedly both casually seeing other people when they were initially introduced. However, William caught a glimpse of Kate at a fashion show in 2003, and that’s when everything changed.

Kate had decided to participate in a school fashion show, and William was reportedly front and center. The now-duchess was wearing a see-through dress, which caught William’s attention, and things escalated from there.

The two broke up briefly in 2004

Although everything seemed to be going well at the beginning of the relationship, they were both still young, and the two hit a road block back in 2004. William supposedly chose to end things with Kate because he felt “claustrophobic” in the relationship. There were also reports that Kate’s family background played a role as well, since the duchess wasn’t from royalty or from as prominent of a family as her husband.

William ended things with Kate in 2007 because it was no longer ‘fun’

Kate and William’s most notable breakup came in 2007. Thetwo had graduated college three years earlier, and it came around the time whenthe public might have been expecting William to pull out a ring. Instead, hecalled the whole thing off.

According to The Sun, a source close to William claims that shortly after he split from Kate, he told his friends the real reason for the breakup was because “all the fun had gone” from the relationship. There weren’t many details beyond that, though Kate was reportedly very upset about the breakup, and the source said William had had a wandering eye before the two split. However, they weren’t apart for long.

The couple’s split made them stronger

About four months after William ended things with Kate, the two were back together. Though it was a short-lived split, it was seemingly enough to change the dynamic of their relationship. When the couple got engaged back in 2010, they were asked about that breakup a few years earlier. “We were sort of both finding ourselves as such and being different characters and stuff,” William said.

Kate noted that, though she didn’t like the breakup, it ended up being a good thing. “At the time, I wasn’t very happy about it but actually it made me a stronger person,” Kate said. These days, William and Kate seem happier than ever and are the parents to three adorable little royals.

Idris Elba says he is 'still feel OK ' after coronavirus diagnosis

Idris Elba says he and wife Sabrina ‘still feel OK with no changes’ ten days after testing positive for coronavirus but admits he can’t wait to get home to London

  • Idris tested positive for the coronavirus on March 16
  • He went into isolation with his wife, Sabrina Dhowre-Elba in New Mexico, where he had been shooting an upcoming Netflix film
  • Sabrina revealed in an interview with Oprah earlier this week that she had tested positive, but said she had no regrets about remaining with her husband
  • Idris appeared to confirm in a video message last week that he had contracted the virus from Canadian Prime Minister’s wife Justin Trudeau Sophie, 44
  • The two met shortly before they both tested positive for COVID-19 at an event in London on March 4
  • Coronavirus symptoms: what are they and should you see a doctor?

Idris Elba has given fans an update on his condition ten days after being diagnosed with coronavirus.

Posting on Twitter on Thursday, the British actor said he and his wife Sabrina, who has also tested positive are ‘still feeling OK’.

The star admitted the couple can’t wait to return home to London though as they quarantine near to where Idris was filming upcoming Netflix film The Harder They Fall in Sante Fe, New Mexico.

Feeling good: Idris Elba has given fans an update and his condition ten days after being diagnosed with coronavirus

Sharing a selfie, Idris wrote: ‘Hoping everyone is coping with this [email protected]@!! Currently still quarantine.. Sab and I still feel ok so far with no changes. Dr told us that after quarantine we will be immune for a certain time since our antibodies fought this.’

‘At some point we’d like to go home to London. Bsafe.’

Idris also spent time replying to followers, telling one who asked if he had had any symptoms at all: ‘No not really… the day I got tested I had body aches and a headache.’

He told another fan that he thought he was on day 13 of the virus.

Speaking to fans: Idris also spent time replying to followers, telling one who asked if he had had any symptoms at all: ‘No not really… the day I got tested I had body aches and a headache.’

Idris appeared to confirm in a video message last week that he had contracted the virus from Canadian Prime Minister’s wife Justin Trudeau Sophie, 44, after the two met shortly before they both tested positive for COVID-19.

The actor revealed that he was exposed to the deadly disease on 4 March, the same day he posed with Sophie at the We Day UK charity event, in Wembley.

Idris said: ‘It’s hard to say when I got the disease or when I contracted COVID-19, it’s hard to say when. I will say that I know I’ve been exposed to it from March 4.

Also positive: Posting on Twitter on Thursday, the British actor said he and his wife Sabrina, who has also tested positive are ‘still feeling OK’

‘That’s when the person that came up positive, that was the time I got in contact with that person.

‘So essentially, I could have been positive from March 4, but it’s hard to say when I contracted someone with corona, you can contract it at anytime but my known exposure was March 4.’

Idris met Trudeau’s wife Sophie, who has also been tested positive for COVID-19, on 4 March at a We Day UK charity event, in Wembley.

Posing for photos together at the event, the pair were in close proximity to each other, as well as other celebrities such as Lewis Hamilton, and attendees.

Interaction: Idris appeared to confirm in a video message last week that he had contracted the virus from Canadian Prime Minister’s wife Justin Trudeau Sophie, 44, after the two met shortly before they both tested positive for COVID-19

Idris then addressed backlash as to why he was tested for COVID-19 after he had ‘no symptoms’ and ‘felt ok’.

‘I am on location about to start filming. The news breaks that this person, who is also in the public eye, has tested positive.’

Idris previously explained he was on location and about to start filming when he got tested: ‘It was definitely something I had to do as I was about to start filming and be around a lot of people,’ he said.

‘My job made me test immediately, I had to test anyway, as it meant I was putting a lot of people at risk if I had been exposed. We were lucky to get a test very quickly because of the shortages of the test.

Message: Idris confirmed he had tested positive for coronavirus in a social media video posted on March 16, with his wife choosing to remain by his side

‘It was the best thing to do, I was going to be around a lot of people starting this film.’

Earlier this week it was revealed Idris’ wife Sabrina Dhowre-Elba had also tested positive after choosing to remain with her husband in self isolation when he was diagnosed.

Defending their decision to isolate together following The Wire star’s diagnosis, she told Oprah Winfrey ‘I wanted to be with him’ and claimed she felt ‘the instinct of a wife’ to take care of him.

In an interview on Winfrey’s new Apple TV+ series Oprah Talks, the couple opened up about being quarantined together in New Mexico, where Elba’s latest film was in production.

Updates: Idris has been reassuring fans in regular updates that he has been feeling well

‘Actually, I found out this morning, Oprah, that I tested positive,’ Sabrina told the host on Facetime on Saturday.

Idris, 47, told Oprah, he ‘hasn’t witnessed any major symptoms’ and is ‘feeling okay.’

‘It’s interesting and worrying that people are possibly carrying this disease and are seemingly okay, but can spread it easily,’ he said of not being symptomatic.

Sabrina, who also feels healthy, said: ‘I don’t feel anything that would come to what people would now expect to be a symptom of coronavirus, which is really strange. It might change in the coming weeks, and we’ll keep everyone updated.’

To stay entertained in isolation, the pair are focusing on the ‘silver lining’ of spending quality time together and playing video games, chess and ‘staying creative.’

Keeping positive: The couple have been keeping themselves enterrtained with social media videos, chess and video games
