Love Is Blind star Amber Pike has confirmed that the dust still hasn’t settled between her and Jessica Batten after their explosive clash at the reunion.
The unfiltered contestant, who married Matt Barnett on the Netflix series, confronted Jessica in tense scenes during the special episode, where she branded her ‘fake’ and called her out for throwing herself at her husband.
Although the scenes were filmed just a few weeks ago, Amber has since revealed that she’s not currently on good terms with her co-star and it seems as though she doesn’t want to be.
Speaking to fans during a Q&A session on her Instagram page, one user asked: ‘Are you still not ok with Jessica?’
Amber replied: ‘Who would ever be? Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice… just won’t happen.’
Another fan then asked: ‘When did you watch the entire season and how long did you want to tell Jessica how you really felt??’
‘Honestly, I didn’t know about any of that until the show aired so I was probably waiting to tell her off as long as the viewers were lol,’ Amber answered. ‘But I’ve said my piece now.’
Amber slammed Jessica at the reunion after scenes from the series saw Jessica hit on Barnett.
‘To see her throwing herself at him in Mexico, b***h, you’re shiesty,’ she scorned. ‘You’re so fake, coming to my face like we were cool, you’re so fake.
‘I think you’re a very disingenuine [sic] person and you know what? I hope seeing this, you do grow from it, because that is not what the world needs, women that go behind other people’s backs like that.
‘You were engaged to another man that you were leading on. He was engaged, he made his choice. Anywho, no I’m not super happy seeing that.’
Jessica then apologised for her actions, and told Amber: ‘I really wanted to see how my relationship was with everyone.
‘Everyone needs to realise, this was days, not weeks, that we’re trying to find a connection to spend forever with someone so I really wanted to vet everything out.’
Love Is Blind is available to stream on Netflix.
