MAYA Jama's has sent a 'cryptic message' to her past loves as she amazingly helped a fan through heartbreak with a sweet note.

The Love Island host posted a message from a fan who had had split from her boyfriend, and asked her for advice from the TV presenter on moving forward.



Maya, who previously dated superstar rapper Stormzy, and then basketballer Ben Simmons, encouraged her fan to love herself and to realise she was 'more than enough.'

Maya said 'life is too short to spend in situations that don't make you feel good inside.'

In her emotional note, she said her fan was 'more than enough with or without someone.’

She added: "See it as a blessing they have removed themselves and now there's room for someone who accepts you."

Stormzy and Maya Jama were one of the UK’s biggest power couples before they split in 2019.

Almost immediately, rumours began flying around that the shock split was caused by the rapper reportedly having an affair.

Another source said Maya wanted to focus on her career after their split after they had been together for four years from 2016.

“The decision isn’t one she has come to lightly, but ultimately the relationship has come to an end.

Maya's next high profile romance was with Ben Simmons.

Aussie-born Ben and Maya’s whirlwind long-distance relationship hit the rocks last August, eight months after they got engaged.

Their relationship didn't end on the best terms after hit her with a legal demand to return the $1million diamond engagement ring he gave her.

Maya arranged for its return straight away -leaving fans stunned at Ben's actions.

Meanwhile as Maya's career goes from strength to strength, she has insisted she is happily single.

Speaking ahead of the Winter Love Island launch, she said: “I’m really, really single right now. Newly single. But it’s nice.”
