However, she left the house yesterday for the first time so Faith could take part in the competition.

Admitting she still felt unsure about the situation, she explained her decision to go out.

Alongside a picture of her and the kids, she wrote: “Trying my best to smile through the fact we don’t know how, what’s happening, can or may affect us all. Many loved ones vulnerable.

“I did the whole 7 day isolation thing last week. So who ever sees us out and about I’m prob less like to give u anything (NOT THAT I OR WE HAD IT) then you are to us! Everyone has opinions and their views .. until we are forced into something we can’t control!”

She continued: “But control what you can… have fun, buy food, wash hands, be smart, try smile, and if your 8yr old has a gymnastics competition on a Saturday afternoon representing #radlettgymclub at the amazing @affinitygymnastics Then unless it cancelled (which It isn’t) … I’m dammed if she misses it #gofaith.”

Earlier this week the former Liberty X singer said she was running out of cash due to the pandemic.

Speaking on Dan Wootton’s talkRADIO Drive Time show, Michelle said: “I’ve had about three or four jobs cancelled. That’s our day to day living.

“Everyone assumes somebody in the public eye has loads of money in the bank and we’re all good but this is how we survive. A job is a job.

“Unfortunately it’s usually with public attendance and that’s what they’re cancelling. So it affects everybody.”
