Tiger King's Dillon Passage urges fans to send positivity to husband Joe Exotic

Tiger King’s Dillon Passage has given an update on his husband Joe Exotic, who is currently serving 22-years behind bars for animal abuse charges and conspiring to kill his zookeeper rival, Carole Baskin.

Despite going to jail, Dillon has stood by his man, and has continued to keep fans in the loop after the Netflix documentary became the next global phenomenon.

Taking to Joe’s Instagram account, the 22-year-old shared an Easter message with his 394,000 followers.

‘What’s up you guys?’ he said beaming down the lens: ‘This is Dillon, Joe’s husband.’

The star continued: ‘Super excited to talk to you guys, just spoken to Joe recently and he wants to wish you all a happy Easter.

‘He’s got all your letters he feels the love and support, but unfortunately, he cannot reply to all of them, but just know he’s read them and he appreciates everything you have to say.

‘He needs that positivity with where he is now.’

Dillon then explained how he’d be doing a Q&A in the next few days, adding: ‘I’ll be able to answer any questions you guys might have, I may not be able to answer all of them but I’ll do my best.

‘Keep positive keep sending the good vibes and stay healthy with the time we’re in right now.’

He wrapped up the message by saying: ‘Happy Easter from Joe and I and enjoy your holiday.’

On his grid, Dillon shared a sweet photo of the duo alongside the caption: ‘Special Easter greeting from Joe.’

Right on cue, people flooded the comments with support, where they wrote ‘free Joe Exotic’ under the snap.

Just yesterday, a special one-off episode dropped onto Netflix as a follow up to the now iconic series, titled The Tiger King And I.

Here, American comedian Joel McHale spoke to the stars of the show, including the likes of John Reinke, Joshua Dial, John Finlay, Saff, Erik Cowie, Rick Kirkman, and Jeff and Lauren Lowe.

And, as expected, it was almost as crazy as the main saga.

Tiger King is available to stream on Netflix now.
